Light up, America and cast your ballot this year on Biden’s terrible record

OPINION:

It took a fake news anchor on “Saturday Night Live” to finally ask the question the fake political media in Washington has been ignoring for years.

Is President Biden high? Or just senile? Or has he always really been this stupid?

The spoof began with the fake news anchor sitting at a fake TV news desk. The screen behind him showed an image of Mr. Biden and a giant leaf of marijuana.

The audience laughed before the fake news anchor even opened his mouth.

Then he started his joke.

“This week, President Biden pardoned thousands of convicted marijuana users and it feels like maybe he celebrated with them a little because yesterday Biden gave a speech at a car factory and opened with this,” the fake news presenter said, setting up a video clip of the president of the United States talking.

More laughter.

“Let me start off with two words,” Mr. Biden began. “Made in America.”

Sometimes it is hard to know whether Mr. Biden is dumber at words or numbers. To be fair, Mr. Biden has never held a real job and he has spent his entire career in Washington where nobody knows math.

The audience roared. The fake news anchor continued.

“Let me respond with two words: Jesus H. Christ.”

Borderline blasphemy, sure. But it may have been an earnest prayer. Even a fake news presenter on an unfunny comedy program can see the country is going down the toilet under this president.

Shockingly, the internet did not censor that particular beatdown of Mr. Biden. At some point, even the censors cannot keep up with all the lies they promote and the truths they suppress.

While Mr. Biden has devoted his personal life to raising a son who is addicted to drugs, there is no proof that Mr. Biden himself smokes weed. But accusing him of being stoned is about as charitable as it gets.

His vice president, however, is an entirely different matter.

As district attorney of San Francisco, Kamala Harris convicted thousands of pot smokers, including many who went to jail. Which is apparently hilarious to her now.

In a 2019 interview during her failed run for president, Ms. Harris announced she had smoked weed.

“And I inhaled!” she squealed to cackles of her own laughter. “I did inhale!”

Pressed further about the crime that she convicted thousands for, Ms. Harris continued her comedy routine.

“And look, I joke about it — half joking — half my family’s from Jamaica. Are you kidding me!” she said, continuing to laugh at her own belabored, unfunny joke.

Now comes Mr. Biden, pardoning the pot users his vice president convicted back when she was shinnying up the greasy pole of politics in San Francisco.

This being political season, Ms. Harris got right to political pandering and shameless exploitation. “Nobody should have to go to jail for smoking weed, right?” she said earlier this week on another unfunny comedy show.

“We are urging governors and states to take our lead and pardon people who have been criminalized for possession of marijuana,” she explained. In other words, on the eve of an ugly election, the Biden administration is desperately urging people to undo the damage done during the political careers of the two people at the top of the administration.

Don’t forget: The only person tougher on druggies than Kamala Harris was Joe Biden himself — back when it served their political careers to be tough on druggies.

These people are truly sick.

“Congress needs to act,” Ms. Harris says now in her new campaign to get more Americans addicted to drugs.

“We’re 29 days away from the midterms. Ask who you’re voting for — where they stand on this?”

Indeed, America. If you can afford the gas to get to the polls this year, go ahead and vote on this issue. And crime and inflation and gas prices and the open border and the threat of nuclear war that the Biden administration has gotten us into.
