ESG Subsidiary in the Netherlands

On 17 November 2022, ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH founded a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Netherlands, ESG B.V., based in Eindhoven. With this move, the company intends to expand its international delivery and service capabilities.

ESG is an independent system integrator and partner for technology, innovation and service support for the security and defence sector. The group offers of design, integration, operation and in-service support for complex, security-related electronic and IT systems. ESG is also a certified aviation company for aircraft and aviation equipment for the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces) working on avionics, simulation and training, as well as special deployment systems.
